These terms govern the use of the Jobo app as a hyperlocal matchmaking platform for private everyday assistance and labeled commercial service offerings.
Jobo serves exclusively as a matchmaking platform for local help offers and requests between private individuals, and as a labeling platform for nearby commercial service offerings.
No employment, payment or direct service provision is made through the platform. Jobo is a purely technical intermediary. Jobo does not become a party to the agreements made between users, including commercial providers. Payments are not processed through Jobo. The scope, compensation, and performance of any agreement are determined solely between the users involved.
All agreements and services are concluded independently between users.

Commercial details are based on the provider's self-declaration. Jobo does not verify this information and gives no warranty as to its accuracy. Commercial providers are solely responsible for complying with their own disclosure, labeling, and warranty obligations (including under Austrian e-commerce, trade, and consumer protection law).

In case of violation, we reserve the right to suspend the user account without warning and to take legal action.
Jobo may change these terms when there is an objective reason to do so (e.g. changes in the law, new features, security requirements). Users will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 4 weeks before a change takes effect; the notice will state the reason and the effective date.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may close your account free of charge and without disadvantage before the change takes effect. Mere inaction or continued use of the app before the effective date does not constitute acceptance of material changes affecting users.
